Psychiatric emergency care
For acute mental emergencies, crisis situations, or in the event of danger to life, please contact your local psychiatric emergency care centre immediately.

The Telefonseelsorge (telephone counselling service) can offer help on the phone day and night if you need to talk urgently and can be reached free of charge by calling 0800 111 0 111 or 0800 111 0 222.
The Psychosozialer Krisendienst (Psychosocial Crisis Service) offers support and counselling in psychosocial emergencies and, if necessary, arranges medical help - also at night and at weekends - by calling (069) 611375.
